Joe Quinn, a 30-year veteran of the aviation industry, started his career with Air Terminal Services in 1983. He went on to join the FBO chain, Million Air, where he rose to Vice President and General Manager, overseeing all day-to-day activities, charter sales, and business development. Joe has been with CharterSearch, Inc. since 1996, first as the Director of Flight Operations, and then rising to his current role as President. A known innovator, Joe is responsible for developing the collegiate athletic air travel program that has come to dominate the industry. Kathy Byers

Vice President, Vendor Relations and Market Development

Kathy Byers, an aviation industry veteran, began her career in customer service with Empire [Piedmont] Airlines in 1984. Subsequently, she went on to the air charter brokerage industry where she spent 10 years developing, marketing, and operating charter programs for presidential campaigns and military transport, as well as sports, corporate, and incentive travel. Kathy has served as Director of Charter Sales and Government Programs for Trans Meridian Airlines, and acted as Program Manager for the Daimler-Chrysler transcontinental shuttle program. Gino DiBiasio

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Gino DiBiasio is a graduate of the Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH, with a BA/AD in Aviation Management and Flight Operations. A licensed pilot and avid sports fan, Gino has brokered air charters with CharterSearch over a decade, specializing in professional and collegiate athletic programming. In his time at CharterSearch, Gino has successfully implemented thousands of flights, applying his vast air industry knowledge to deftly ensure passengers the best experience possible. Gino has also developed charter programs for the incentive travel industry, as well as the U.S. Military. Jeanne Quinn Andel

Controller

Jeanne began a career in banking in 1972 at Chase Manhattan in New York. For the past 30 years, she has served as head of operations for numerous concerns, and has been working with CharterSearch since 1987. Jeanne joined the team full-time in 2009 as company Controller.

Mike Adams

Flight Coordinator/Operations

Mike is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, with a BA in Aviation Management/Flight Technology. Since 1993, Mike has taken on various roles in the aviation industry, working for several airlines, including Continental Airlines as an Aircraft Dispatcher. He is deeply versed in airline operations, and in managing operations for extensive fleets. Mike moved on to Jeppesen, a company specializing in navigational information and operations management, as an Airline Operations Analyst. Seth Quinn

Flight Coordinator/Operations

For the past six years, Seth has been an integral part of the CharterSearch Flight Operations team, handling travel logistics, and assisting in maintenance of schedule integrity during peak travel seasons. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Seth spends the “off-season” working for a non-profit in Boston assisting with job placement for disabled Americans. Julie Lerini

Flight Coordinator/Operations

Julie Lerini brings 13 years of aviation industry to CharterSearch. Starting as an aviation enthusiast, Julie gained a pilot’s license as she earned her degree in Aviation Management. She began her career at Spirit Airlines in passenger operations, moving on to USA Jet Airlines, first as a Flight Attendant, then a Flight Attendant Instructor, and, ultimately, Charter Coordinator for Sales and Marketing. Julie is responsible for all aspects of private charter flights, including aircraft logistics, catering, and ground handling services. Before she joined CharterSearch, Julie was the Director of In-flight Services at USA Jet, responsible for flight attendants, catering, training, qualification of instructors, budgeting, training manuals, and insuring regulatory compliance for an FAA 121 air carrier. Peter Quinn

CharterSearch Founder

Before founding CharterSearch in 1987, Peter spent 11 years prior in the aviation and air transport industry working as a Ramp and Customer Service Agent for Southern Airways while earning his degree in Aviation Management. Peter holds FAA licenses as a Flight Dispatcher and as a private pilot with an instrument rating. In 1982, Peter transitioned with the company (now Republic Airlines) to flight operations, becoming the Director of Flight Control for Air 1 Airlines. Peter's responsibilities for Air 1’s B727 operation included management of flight dispatch, pilot ground school instruction, and specialist in aircraft operation procedures. By 1985, Peter became Director of Flight Control and Director of Customer Service for Trans World Express, where he incorporated TWA customer service procedures and policies into the regional carrier, and transitioned Operations from a Part 135 to a Part 121 operation. His philosophy with CharterSearch is to offer a high level of customer service balanced by skilled operational expertise. This expertise is evident when issues such as weather, ATC delays or mechanicals impact air charter operations.
