Safety

Safety is of the highest priority to CharterSearch and therefore we only offer air carriers that comply with Federal Air Regulations Part 121 (the same regulations governing the major scheduled commercial airlines) and Part 135.  Part 135 Operations must be independently audited and carry an ARG/US Gold or Platinum rating or have been Wyvern Audited.

Federal Air Regulations Part 121 & Part 135 are the most demanding in the world and are the ONLY certifications for Air Charter.
